Where we ship
We currently ship to 31 countries: the United States, the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Cyprus, Malta, and across Europe to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
If your country is not on that list we cannot deliver to you yet, and checkout will not offer a shipping method. We would rather tell you that plainly than take an order we cannot fulfil.
Delivery times
Orders are passed to our manufacturer for dispatch as soon as payment clears. We do not publish a delivery day count, because we would rather give you no estimate than an invented one. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier.
Customs and duties
Parcels ship from within the EU. Orders delivered inside the EU carry no additional duty. Orders to the United States, the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland may attract import charges set by your own customs authority. Those charges are not collected by us and are not included in the shipping rate above.
