bodyrebirthlab.com. Ordering means you accept them. They are written to be read, not to be
survived, so if anything here is unclear email

Who you are buying from
BodyRebirthLab operates this shop. Our products are manufactured for us by Selfnamed in
Latvia, inside the European Union, and shipped from there.
Orders
Adding something to your cart is not a contract. Your order is an offer to buy, and the
contract forms when we send you an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order we will
tell you and refund you in full.
We may refuse or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, where a price or
description was shown in error, where we cannot deliver to your address, or where we suspect
fraud. Refusal is always followed by a full refund.
Prices, and the honest bit about mistakes
Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page. They exclude shipping, which is
added at checkout before you pay.
If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we are not obliged to sell at it. We
will contact you, offer the correct price, and refund you in full if you would rather not
proceed. We will not quietly charge you the higher amount.
Import duties and taxes
Your order ships from Latvia. Depending on where you are, import duty, VAT or a customs
handling fee may be charged on arrival, and those are your responsibility rather than ours.
We do not mark parcels as gifts and we do not understate their value, because that is customs
fraud and it would be you who carried the risk.
Delivery
Shipping is charged at a flat rate by destination and shown at checkout. Delivery estimates
are estimates. Customs, carriers and weather are outside our control, so we do not guarantee a
date. What we do guarantee is that if a parcel goes missing we resend or refund it, which is
set out in the refund and returns policy.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns

forms part of these terms, including your statutory 14 day cancellation right in the EU and
UK.
Using the products
These are cosmetics, not medicines. Nothing we publish is medical advice and none of our
products is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Read the ingredient list before you use anything, patch test if your skin is sensitive, and
stop using a product if you react to it. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under
treatment for a skin condition, ask a doctor or pharmacist first. Keep out of reach of
children and do not get product in your eyes.
Reviews and anything you post
Only verified buyers can leave reviews here. Reviews must be your genuine opinion of a
product you actually bought. We do not write reviews, we do not buy them, and we do not delete
negative ones because they are negative. We will remove content that is abusive, fraudulent,
unlawful or posted by someone who never ordered.
By posting a review you give us permission to display it on the site.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. You are
responsible for activity on your account. We can suspend an account being used fraudulently.
Our content
The text, photography, branding and layout on this site belong to us or our suppliers.
Personal use is fine. Republishing our product copy or images commercially is not, without
written permission.
Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these
terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, or for
business losses.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our
negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. If you are a
consumer in the EU or UK, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything written here.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when
you placed it, so a later change cannot be applied backwards to you.
Law
If you are a consumer, you get the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country
you live in, and you can bring proceedings there.
