A Simple AM and PM Peptide Routine You Will Actually Keep

Simple AM and PM peptide skincare routine from BodyRebirthLab

Most skincare routines fail for an unglamorous reason: they are too long to keep doing. Below is a routine short enough to survive a bad week, built around the principle that order and consistency matter more than how many bottles are on the shelf.

Morning

  • Cleanse gently. Skin does not get dirty overnight. A mild cleanser or even a plain water rinse is enough for most people. The AAD’s face washing basics covers the common mistakes.
  • Peptide serum. On damp skin, so the hyaluronic acid has water to hold onto. Here is why damp matters. This is the step doing the supportive work.
  • Moisturiser. Seals the serum in and stops the hydration evaporating straight back out.
  • Sunscreen. Non negotiable. Every anti aging product you own is working against sun exposure, and without this step you are bailing out a boat with the tap running. See how much to actually apply.

Night

  • Cleanse properly. This is the one that matters, removing sunscreen, makeup and the day.
  • Treatment, if you use one. Retinol or an exfoliating acid, on the nights you use them, not every night. The FDA has a note on alpha hydroxy acids and sun sensitivity worth knowing. See also peptides vs retinol.
  • Peptide serum. Applied to clean skin, before anything heavier.
  • Moisturiser. A richer finish at night is fine, since you are not putting makeup over it.
Morning and night skincare routine, four steps each, applied thinnest to thickest, ending in sunscreen by day and moisturiser by night
Four steps each way, applied thinnest to thickest. A routine you keep beats a routine you admire.

The ordering rule

Thinnest to thickest. A serum applied over a cream is mostly wasted, because it cannot get through. If two products feel similar in weight, apply the one you care most about first.

What to skip

You do not need a separate eye cream, a toner, an essence and an ampoule to see a difference. Those are additions for people who enjoy the ritual, not requirements. Four steps done daily will outperform ten steps done when you remember.

Give it a season

Hydration is visible in days. Firmness and fine lines run on skin cell turnover, so judge the routine at the eight to twelve week mark, not at two weeks. Take a photo in the same light on day one so you have something honest to compare against, because daily change is invisible in the mirror. If the issue is dullness rather than lines, this covers what actually helps.

The moisturiser step, Peptide Ageless AM/PM Cream.

The morning and night serum step is our Peptide Anti-Aging Serum, built around 2% Hexapeptide-11. The moisturiser step is the Peptide Ageless AM/PM Cream, formulated to work at either end of the day. The Anti-Aging Performance Duo is both together.
